You will work closely with the bookings team to support the slick day-to-day running of the facility.
The role is varied as you will also be on hand to provide support to Red Apple Creative on in-house creative, production and media projects. This will include sourcing voiceovers and music tracks, updating databases, systems and information sheets.
The Person We Are Looking For
This is a really important role because you’ll be the first person that our clients meet as they come through our door so it’s a good job you’re a people person who’s friendly, upbeat and confident.
Organisation and initiative will need to be in your DNA, as you’ll be helping manage studio sessions whilst also supporting other departments such as our in-house creative, production and media teams to help bring their campaigns to life.

Tea & coffee making for clients - both on their arrival and during sessions.
Fetching food and drinks orders from outside when needed.
Set up studios for sessions.
Rig mics and manage cables.
Save off Pro Tools sessions ahead of sessions.
Tidy down studios and clear up.
Fill and empty the dishwasher- drying and returning items to the cupboards.
General maintenance and facility support, including occasional light DIY help.
Ensure the kitchen/reception area is kept clean.
Answering the phone and taking messages.
Manage receipts / expenses
Sourcing voiceovers and music tracks for campaigns.
Updating databases and internal systems.
Assisting the audio team in every element of production.
Internal / external library music searches.
Quality checking assets before being sent to client.
Blog uploading / posting.
Daily social media updates - particularly Twitter and LinkedIn.
Proven high level of organisational skills and experience.
Proven excellent attention to detail.
Proactive and able to work on your own initiative.
Ability to problem solve and work under pressure.
Confident, friendly, approachable and a team player.
A positive, can-do mental attitude.
Experience of using Apple Macs, Google docs and sheets.
Fluency in other languages.

We're delighted to announce that SNK Studios have just completed the TPN security assessment.
The TPN (Trusted Partner Vendors) is a joint venture between two major entertainment industry associations, the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA) and the Content Delivery & Security Association (CDSA), worldwide leaders in third-party entertainment industry assessments. The TPN is backed by the biggest film studios and content creators in the world and the program helps companies like ours prevent leaks, breaches, and hacks of their members' movies and television shows prior to their intended release, and seeks to raise security awareness, preparedness, and capabilities within our industry.
The audit covered almost 300 separate checks from data IO, network and IT security, to management processes, training, culture, HR and building security. It's a huge achievement - a year in the making - and in completing the process, SNK Studios joins an elite group of vendors working with the worlds leading creative companies.
SNK Studio's clients range across the feature film, localisation, broadcast and OTT landscapes and by taking part in the TPN, all our clients can be reassured that SNK Studios has the utmost respect for our clients most valuable assets; their IP and the media they create.

SNK Studios recently collaborated with creative experts LEAP, on the production of their latest Duracell UK TV Campaign.
To provide an insight into the production process from start to end, and to see how SNK were involved, here is the latest press release from LEAP’s Creative Director, Danny Coster:
LEAP are proud to have been selected as a production partner of choice for Grey London on the Duracell account for the past two years. So when Grey's creative team Nathan Holley and Paul Moran had the idea to create a piece of disruptive advertising, they turned to LEAP to see what was possible within a tight production timeline. Always up for a creative challenge, LEAP Creative Director Danny Coster paired up with Director Rob Toay to create the full film production and post of a 'pastiche' sports brand commercial for the Duracell Bunny to make a surprise appearance.
Shot at dawn in the Queen Elizabeth Park against the backdrop of the Olympic stadium and Aquatic Centre, the commercial needed to feel like a genuine sports brand advertisement. Trusted DOP Cliff Evans worked closely with Rob Toay and the visual effects team to film our actress performing her morning warm up routine and embarking on a run. As she rounds a corner, the animated Duracell Bunny unexpectedly enters the scene to challenge her to a race.
Working closely with Agency Producer Roger Lairisa and Grey’s other production partners including Mikros Studios in Paris, LEAP’s team co-ordinated the pre-production and blocking of theDuracell Bunny scenes. This ensured that everything on the director’s storyboard was achievable on the shoot day and enabled the combined live-action and CGI commercial to be completed in post production on time on budget.
The live-action, sports-style ad takes place after a fully CGI spot in which the Duracell Bunny races the less effective (and cheating) rabbit(s) through a perilous landscape. To bring the ads together with just the right blend of continuity and disruption, we arranged for the talented team at SNK Studios to add sound design and voiceovers.
